Welcome to Louisburgh National School. We are a six-teacher, mixed national school based in the beautiful West of . 

We are located in the parish of Kilgeever, very close to the lovely town of Louisburgh.

In 1996, the boys and girls national schools of the town amalgamated to become a mixed school. In 1999, the pupils of Bouris NS joined us. 

The school was then known as  S.N. Phádraig Naofa or as it is more commonly known, Louisburgh National School.
