We have been busy learning all about Irish garden birds in 2nd & 3rd class this month. We worked in groups to make some bird feeders to help the birds find food during the winter months. We kept an eye on the bird feeders from our classroom windows and we were thrilled to see the various birds that were enjoying the bird food. We had lots of fun bird watching in the school garden and identified lots of garden birds around our school grounds.
